PallyPally

What we collect

• Your phone number. We need it to send and receive SMS. We never sell or share it for marketing.
• Messages you send. Text, voice notes, images, and any attachments you send to your Pally companion are stored so they can remember your conversations. Note: images, videos, and voice notes themselves are never retained — only a text description (for images/videos) or transcript (for voice notes) is kept so your companion can reference what was shared in future replies.
• Messages they send you. We keep a record of replies so the experience stays coherent across days.
• Usage metadata. Timestamps, delivery status, and basic device/carrier info reported by our SMS provider — used for reliability and abuse prevention.

How we use it

• Running the companion — generating replies, recalling context, delivering media.
• Improving the product — debugging, evaluating model output, fixing bad behavior.
• Keeping the service safe — detecting abuse, spam, and automated misuse.
• Responding when you contact support.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your private conversations for advertising.

Who we share it with

We share data only with vendors who help us run Pally — our SMS carrier, cloud hosts, and AI model providers. Each processes your data under contract and only to deliver the service. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of users.

AI models

Replies are generated by large language models. Our internal model, Emo-centric v1 provides quick thinking, video and image generation. Message content is sent to these providers to produce responses. Providers are configured to not retain or train on your messages where their APIs support it.

Retention

We retain conversation history for as long as your account is active so your companion can remember you. You can request deletion of your account and history at any time by emailing support@pally.love.

Your choices

• Text /reset to stop receiving messages and clear your conversation history at any time.
• Email us to access, export, or delete your data.
• Residents of California, the EU/UK, and other regions with applicable privacy laws have additional rights (access, correction, deletion, objection). Email us to exercise them.

Children

Pally is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has signed up, contact us and we will remove the account.

Security

We encrypt data in transit and at rest and limit access to production systems. No system is perfectly secure — if you suspect an issue, please report it to support@pally.love.

Changes to this policy

We'll update the date at the top of this page when the policy changes. Material changes will be communicated in-app or over SMS before they take effect.
